Local Vietnam will train small and medium-sized companies in Vietnam’s tourism sector

Local Vietnam launches a learning and training website called e-dulich.com (online travel education) to train small and medium sized businesses in the tourism industry of Vietnam. Online courses are offered for homestays, hotels, hostels, online travel agencies, travel bloggers and tour guides.

The aim of these online courses is to improve the quality of service for customers, generate more sales for the owners and more awareness for preserving Vietnam’s nature and culture.

Particularly due to the impact of the corona crisis, many companies in the travel sector are struggling or have even gone bankrupt. “By working smart and educating yourself, you will only emerge stronger from this crisis,” said Nhung Phung, founder of e-dulich.com, Local Vietnam, Local Bali and Phuotvivu.

Besides being the founder of this new learning platform, Nhung Phung is also one of the teachers. Together with other experts in the industry, they share their knowledge through online training courses.

Unlike many online course providers that offer general training, this platform is unique with only courses that are practical and fully targeted to specific companies in the tourism industry. In addition, only selected teachers with sufficient industry experience can offer their online course through this website.

Some courses that are now online are “How to optimize your homestay, hotel or hostel”, “Design a unique homestay on a budget”, “Become the best listing on Airbnb” and “How to make a website for a travel agency”. More online courses are added monthly.
