Itinerary
Your start the day with a 3 km trekking to the stunning landscape of Muong Hoa Valley, heading to Suoi Ho village.
Along the way you have great views over the endless rice terraces and the change of seeing some animals on the road that are used by the locals.
Continue your trek to Matra village with ruins of an old church built during the French colonial time.
Next you continue trekking to Ta Phin village, home to the Red Dao and Black Hmong minorities. Here you have the change to lean more about their unique culture. Your guide will introduce you to some local Red Dao woman, who are well known in making herbal medicine and usages of plants to treat illness.
Optionally you can even take a relaxing herbal medicine bath,
After this, transportation is waiting for you to take you back from Ta Phin to Sapa.
