- By bus from Ho Chi Minh City to Can Tho. You will be met in Can Tho and taken to the homestay. Transfer to the bus station in Ho Chi Minh City on your own.

Around 12:00 you will be at the homestay where you will have lunch, right on the river with a view of the real Mekong Delta life passing by.
After lunch, a local guide will pick you up to show you through the beautiful surroundings. Cycle on different roads and small paths.
Afternoon
After the bike ride you will return to the homestay. Rest and enjoy dinner in the evening.

Morning
To experience the floating markets at its best, your Mekong Delta boat tour starts at 5:30 in the morning.
Cruise across several rivers to finally arrive at the Phong Dien Floating Market – a market not yet discovered by the tourist groups. Here you will get breakfast like a real local from one of the market vendors.
After this floating market you will explore the smaller canals by boat. On the way you stop at a fruit orchard where you can see how many different fruits grow in the Mekong. You can also taste local fruits here.
Now continue your journey to the Cai Rang floating market. This is the largest floating market in the Mekong Delta. Instead of normal stalls you see all kinds of boats here that you can sail in between. The market people hang what they have on the poles on the boat, so that you can see from afar what everyone is selling.
The next stop is a local factory that produces rice noodles. Watch the whole process and learn how they work.
The boat goes back to the homestay over rivers and small canals.
Once in the homestay there is time to rest. There are options for a massage or just sit back in the chair and enjoy the tranquility and view of the river.

You can use the afternoon at leisure. There are options for a massage or just sit back in the chair and enjoy the tranquility and view of the river. Bicycles can be borrowed for free and scooters for a small fee.

Day 3: Can Tho - Cambodia

Once you have cleared the border checkpoint and entered Cambodia, the travel time from Ha Tien to Sihanoukville is approximately 3 hours. The travel time from Ha Tien to Kampot is approximately 1-2 hours, while the travel time from Ha Tien to Kep is less than 1 hour.
