• Hotel Pick Up: Make sure you arrive 3 hours in advance on international departures and 2 hours in advance for domestic departures. Normal drive time is around 45 min, but count extra time in due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight
• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

Pick Up Procedure

Airport to Hotel

• Location: Your driver will wait for you at your arrival gate including a sign with your name on it
• Driver will wait up to 2.5 hours after landing
• For longer delays, send an email/message to check the driver’s availability

Hotel to Airport

• Please wait for 15-20 minutes in your hotel lobby

Confirmation

Cancelation

• Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the activity
