• Airport Pick Up: Select flight arrival date at checkout. If your flight arrives between 12:00 AM – 11:59 PM on 3 April, select 3 April.
• Hotel Pick Up: Make sure you arrive 3 hours in advance on international departures and 2 hours in advance for domestic departures. Normal drive time is around 20 – 50 min, but count extra time in due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight
• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

Pick Up Procedure

Airport to Hotel

• Location: Your driver will wait for you at your arrival gate including a sign with your name on it
• Driver will wait up to 2.5 hours after landing
• For longer delays, send an email/message to check the driver’s availability

Hotel to Airport

• Please wait for 15-20 minutes in your hotel lobby
