Itinerary

You’re picked up from your hotel in Da Lat city between 7:30 and 8:00 AM. After meeting your driver and guide, you leave the city behind and head into the cooler, greener countryside surrounding Da Lat.

Your first stop is Van Thanh, the largest flower-growing village in Da Lat. Walk through steep but scenic terraces filled with roses and seasonal flowers that supply much of the city. It’s a great place to see how flowers are grown locally and to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Continue to Datanla Waterfall, known for its layered cascades set in a forested valley. You can walk down to the waterfall viewpoints or, if you like a bit of adventure, choose to ride the alpine coaster (optional, not included), which offers sweeping views over the falls. Entrance fees and activities here are paid on the spot.

Travel south to Pongour Waterfall, often considered the most beautiful waterfall in the Central Highlands. Wide rock terraces stretch across the landscape, creating a dramatic natural scene. You’ll have time to walk around, take photos, and enjoy the open surroundings. The entrance ticket is included.

Next, visit Elephant Waterfall, one of the most powerful waterfalls in the Da Lat area. While access to the waterfall itself is currently closed, you can still admire the impressive view from nearby Linh An Pagoda, which sits close enough to overlook the falls.

Stop for lunch at a local restaurant, where you can relax and enjoy a simple Vietnamese meal before continuing the afternoon program.

Lunch

After lunch, explore Linh An Pagoda, set on spacious grounds surrounded by trees and gardens. The pagoda is home to some of the tallest Lady Buddha and Happy Buddha statues in the Central Highlands, making it a peaceful and visually striking stop.

Visit a local cricket farm to learn how crickets are raised and prepared. The farm owner explains the process, and if you’re curious, you can try dishes made from crickets — a unique local experience you won’t find in typical tourist spots.

Continue to Mr. Cuong’s silk factory, where you’ll see the full silk-making process, from boiling cocoons to weaving fabric on traditional looms. This is one of the few places in Vietnam that still follows the old method of silk production.

End the sightseeing day at Me Linh Coffee Plantation. Walk through the coffee hills, enjoy views over the surrounding countryside, and sample locally roasted coffee, including weasel coffee if you wish. There’s also time to shop for coffee products and souvenirs.

In the late afternoon, you’re driven back to your hotel in Da Lat city, marking the end of the tour.
