Start :
Hoi An Kayak Station
Begin your Cam Thanh kayak tour at the kayak station in Hoi An. After a short briefing on paddling techniques and safety, your guide will introduce the area you’ll be exploring. Once you’re comfortable, it’s time to get on the water.
Stop 1 :
Paddle to the coco-palm forest
Set off along the calm waterways and paddle towards the dense cocopalm (Nipa palm) forest. This area has some of the best-preserved palms in the region, and locals still rely on them for food, shells, and roofing materials. Glide past lush greenery and soak in the quiet atmosphere.
Stop 2 :
Local life along the river
As you make your way deeper into the mangrove, you’ll see fishermen at work and riverside communities going about their day. It’s a chance to connect with the local rhythm of life while enjoying the peaceful scenery from your kayak or stand-up paddleboard.
End :
Return and refresh
After around two hours on the water (about 4 km of paddling), head back to the kayak station. Take a short break to relax and refresh before the tour comes to an end.
