Itinerary

You’re picked up from your hotel in Dalat between 8:00 and 8:30 AM and meet your guide for a short briefing. The day starts with some of the city’s most famous viewpoints and landmarks, mixing nature, culture, and light adventure.

Head up to Langbiang Mountain, one of the best viewpoints in Dalat. From the top, you can enjoy wide views over pine forests, valleys, and the Silver and Golden Streams below. Jeep access to the peak is optional and not included.

Continue to Robin Hill and take the cable car for a scenic ride above pine forests and Dalat city. It’s a relaxed way to see the landscape from above and get a different perspective on the Central Highlands.

Visit Truc Lam Zen Monastery, the largest Zen monastery in Vietnam, set above Tuyen Lam Lake. Walk through peaceful gardens filled with flowers carefully maintained by the monks and nuns, and enjoy the calm atmosphere of the surroundings.

Stop for lunch at a local restaurant around 12:30 PM before continuing with the afternoon activities.

In the afternoon, visit Datanla Waterfall. You’ll reach the falls by alpine coaster, adding a fun and easy adventure element while still enjoying the natural scenery. Entrance and coaster tickets are not included.

Explore the famous Crazy House, known for its unusual architecture and maze-like design. Walk through its winding paths and creative spaces, and enjoy a short break in the garden café if you like.

End the day with a visit to either flower and vegetable farms or a coffee farm and factory. Learn about local agriculture, see how products are grown or processed, and get a closer look at one of Dalat’s key industries.

Leave Dalat around 9:00 AM and travel along quiet countryside roads. Along the way, pass flower fields, vegetable farms, and enjoy distant views of Langbiang Mountain as the landscape slowly changes.

Make several short stops to see coffee and tea plantations, cricket and weasel farms, rice wine and mushroom production, bamboo knitting, and a traditional silk center. You’ll also visit Elephant Waterfall and Linh An Pagoda, home to a large Lady Buddha statue.

Stop for lunch at a local restaurant at the top of Phu Son Pass. Enjoy panoramic views over forested mountains while taking a break from the drive.

After lunch, walk through minority villages in the area. This is a good chance to see daily life, meet local families, and watch children going about their routines.

Arrive at your hotel near Lak Lake around 5:30 PM. Check in and enjoy dinner at a local restaurant before resting for the night.

After breakfast, explore Lak Lake and visit one of Emperor Bao Dai’s former summer retreats. Take a boat trip across the lake to a remote village on the opposite shore and enjoy the peaceful morning scenery.

Continue toward Buon Me Thuot, passing rice paddies, a brick-making factory, Elephant Rock, a snake farm, and a broken church. Along the way, sample a Central Highlands specialty: fresh spring rolls.

Visit Dray Sap and Gia Long Waterfalls, considered among the most impressive in southern Vietnam. Short walks lead you through the forest, and there’s time for swimming if conditions allow.

Transfer to Buon Me Thuot Airport, where you say goodbye to your guide and driver. The tour ends here.
