Morning
Your guide will meet you at your accommodation in Hanoi between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. A modern bus will bring you 120 km through a nice landscape to Ninh Binh.
Your first visit is Hoa Lu. This complex used to be the ancient capital of Vietnam, dating back to the 11th century. Take time to explore this complex of ancient buildings and temples hidden between the high mountains and jungle.
Afternoon
After your visit to Hoa Lu ancient capital you can enjoy a lunch buffet at a local restaurant.
After lunch you go to Tam Coc. Here you will take a rowing sampan trip over the Ngo Dong river with beautiful rice fields and karst mountains on either side and through three caves.
Next it is time to explore the flat countryside of Ninh Binh by bike. Cycle around to make pictures of the rice fields, cows and buffalo’s.
Around 4:00 PM your shuttle van will bring you back to your hotel in Hanoi, were you will around around 6:30 PM.
