FAQ

This tour is for travelers that like to travel to both Ninh Binh and see Lan Ha Bay (Halong Bay), but want to save time and the hassle of going back to Hanoi again. It is also for travelers that like activities such kayaking and cycling.
Lan Ha Bay and Halong Bay are right next to each other, so both bays are almost identical. La Ha Bay is smaller, but because it is a bit further from Hanoi, it also sees less visitors. That is why we always recommend our travelers to go for this alternative bay.
Yes, that is no problem. You can follow the complete itinerary but stay in Ninh Binh, instead of the last transfer back to Hanoi.
The waters around Lan Ha Bay are calm all year round. There are no real big waves and for the night the boat anchors in a very quiet place anyway.
