You’ll leave Hanoi around 6:30 AM in a comfortable limousine bus heading north to Ha Giang. It’s a long but scenic ride, passing rivers, hills, and rural towns — a good chance to watch Vietnam’s northern countryside unfold. In Ha Giang City, you’ll meet your local guide and continue by car into the mountains of Hoang Su Phi.

The trekking ranges from light village walks to full-day hikes of up to 17 km. You should be in decent shape and comfortable walking on uneven terrain, but no advanced experience is required. The guide can adapt the pace if needed.
